File Extension supported in partner portal.

I created a case on Partner Portal and need to attach a file ,but getting extension type not supported error. I tried doc and PDF format.

 

please suggest appropriate file extension supported by partner portal .

hello, if possible, try to rename file to only have one "dot". so for example, "tgif.friday.jpg" should be renamed to "tgiffriday.jpg". Let me know how it goes.
