Providing free licenses for a managed package

Hi

 

We have developed a managed package and it is linked to salesforce LMA for managing licenses.

There is an option in Appexchange to provide a trail version or make the license active.

How can we make this license free for some customers??

Thank you for getting back me.

My understanding is that Trialforce is for providing free trials. We are interested in making the App free (Like the LMA) to some customers. There is an option to provide it completely free in the App exchange but I was wondering if there is an option to provide it free for specific customers only??

I'm new to the VAR/OEM/Appexchange discussions, but I think the answer is....just dont send them an invoice, or set-up a zero-rated product/license in your own product catalog and assign these special customers that product code.  I would not think Appexchange would have anything to do with it. 

 

Again, I'm relatively new to this and may have missed something....
