We are working for a client (a SFDC partner) based in the Washington DC metro area and are seeking a Sales Director. This is a position with a heavy compensation plan (upper $100’s total comp) for achieving targets. Enterprising environment where someone can make a difference and be part of the growth of the organization.
Candidate should have solid SFDC experience to be able to close the technical side of the sale (can the product be integrated with other solutions, how will the SFDC solution be effective in the client’s environment, why is SFDC a better solution than other CRMs, etc.) as well as hire/manage/mentor sales team and sales territories, build pipeline, task consultants to projects, build/deliver presentations at client sites, case studies etc. Should have 8+ years sales management experience in a consulting environment.
