KhmerLegacies Salesforce Developing Needed to Serve Small Non-Profit Working on Genocide Education and Prevention
We're a very small organization with one full time staff person and a few part time staff. We imagine that this job is relatively simple and are looking for a very competitive bid that will fit in our tight budget.

Salesforce Software Initiation & Customization Needed
Khmer Legacies is a small non-profit 501(c)(3) based at the Yale University Genocide Studies Program in New Haven, CT. Its mission is to document the Cambodian genocide and support healing for survivors and their families.
The Salesforce consultant needs are:
- To import fewer than 2,000 contact and donor records into Salesforce so the database can be effectively used and grown
- Set up for easily sent newsletter emails through Vertical Response or other email software
- Allow importation of customer records from product sales
- Allow record update from Google Checkout
- Provide basic training to staff for database use (by phone is fine)
The mission of Khmer Legacies at Yale University is to:
1. Provide a healing opportunity for survivors by witnessing their testimonies – taking a conversation of shame and transforming it into one of heroism
2. Bridge the generational divide between Cambodian parents and their children
3. Prevent future mass atrocities by preserving the history and deepening understanding of the Khmer Rouge genocide for the world

I have reviewed your requirement and given below my responses in "blue" to your requirements:
* To import fewer than 2,000 contact and donor records into Salesforce so the database can be effectively used and grown. Importing nearly 2000 contacts into salesforce will take around 3-5 ($500-800) days based on the number of fields that needs to be imported into salesforce. If you can provide us with the sample data that needs to be imported into salesforce, we would be able to come up with more accurate estimate.
* Set up for easily sent newsletter emails through Vertica Response or other email software.

We are not very clear about this requirement. Please find the below comments:1) If you mean that we have import the customer records from your existing database into salesforce, we would need to take a look at the data and also understand if there you would like to import these records into Accounts entity in SalesForce. If you can provide us with the sample data that needs to be imported into salesforce, we would be able to come up with more accurate estimate.* Allow importation of customer records from product sales
2) Alternately if you are looking to export the product sales data into an excel or CSV format, we will create a custom report as per the
requirement. This will take around 2-3 days ($400).
* Allow record update from Google Checkout
There are a couple of options for this:1) Using Linvio: Please follow the link http://www.linvio.com/paymentconnect.php for Linvio payment gateway system and purchase the product for google checkout feature. Linvio should set it up for you for a fee of $500. If you need us to coordinate with Linvio, we could do that too.
2) Alternatively if you want us to develop custom payment gateway for Google checkout then It would take 10-12 days using Google API for salesforce. Please note that we will be able to accommodate only the payment process.I hope I have responded to all your queries satisfactorily.
