Essential functions of a Consultant at Sales Optimizer:
A Consultant at Sales Optimizer functions as a business analyst, technologist and coach. Consultant gains exposure to multiple industries while demonstrating an awareness of the full breadth of services offered by Sales Optimizer. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting business and system requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions on Salesforce and the Force.com platform, data migration, supporting system implementation and deployment, and one on one training of end users.

Consultants in the firm are required to have:
· 1 -5 years of relevant experience with Salesforce.com or a similar sales force automation tool

In addition, successful Consultants will have the following preferred background:
· Experience in sales, sales operations, or software training
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
· Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
· Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
· Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
· A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering
· An advanced degree, preferably an MBA
· Salesforce.com Administrator Certification
· Salesforce.com Consultant Certification
· Salesforce.com Developer Certification
