apex packaging on appexchange

1. How can we package Apex code with an app on Appexchange?
 
2. If so which editions could install such an app?
 
3. If not how can we use Apex in an Appexchange app?

Hi cic:

We have not determined (yet) the how, when and where of AppExchange packaging as our efforts to date have been focused on getting the initial cut out the door for customers.  We will hopefully making this information available at Dreamforce.
