The successful incumbent will provide ongoing support for implemented salesforce.com functionality. Responsibilities will include creating and maintaining technical documentation for the production instance of salesforce.com. This position reports directly into the CRM Business Analyst. The sales operations division is rapidly growing with many exciting projects to come. The incumbent will gain exposure to upper level management while maintaining a global CRM environment with over 300 active users.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interact with a dynamic End User Group to support key business functions
  • Creation of reporting solutions based on business requirements
  • Maintenance of existing policies around data synchronization and mobile devices
  • Workflow maintenance across all salesforce.com objects (Standard and Custom)
  • Creation and deactivation of User accounts based on HR reporting
  • Maintenance of existing user privileges   
  • Maintenance of existing reporting solutions
  • Data integrity maintenance
  • Mass data updates via Apex Dataloader
  • Familiarity with relational databases
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com functionality

 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree with core study related to business and technology
  • 1 years of Salesforce.com Administrator experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office 2007 experience (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Proven experience with working with a team

 

Preferences:

  • Experience with Apex Dataloader
  • Mobile device administration experience
  • Outlook integration experience
