BA, Service Cloud Implementation, 4-6 months contract, Bay Area

Looking for Business System Analyst with following experience in Service Cloud implementation. This is a 4-6 months contract position. Customer is based in Bay Area. Consultant needs to be on-site. Project start date is May 17th 2010.

 

Business Systems Analyst:

·         Must be a seasoned BSA

·         Must have a couple Service Cloud implementations under his/her belt as a BSA

·     ·   Must have full lifecycle experience: requirements definition, gap analysis, preparing technical documentation, UAT, implementation, training, end-user documentation, production support

·         Must have an in-depth understand of the technical support workflow and underlying data model

·         Must have great communication skills

·         Must have an engaging personality with the ability to develop strong bonds with and the trust of the business users

·         Must be a driver; self-managed
