We offer a lucrative commission plan with the highest commissions in the industry.  Our plan is designed so that an agent will earn approximately $400,000 for each $1,000,000 in new sales.  A high performing new agent will typically generate $250,000 in sales in their first year and earn about $100,000.

Essential functions of a Sales Agent at Sales Optimizer:
A Sales Agent at Sales Optimizer functions primarily as a sales person but can also play the role of business analyst, technologist and coach.  Sales agent gains exposure to multiple industries while demonstrating an awareness of the full breadth of services offered by Sales Optimizer.  Responsibilities include generating new business, managing existing accounts, and lead follow-up.  In addition, a Sales Agent will have the opportunity to lead Salesforce.com implementations, train teams of sales people and sales managers, and provide coaching and one on one training of sales people and end users.

Sales Agents in the firm are required to have:
• 5 or more years experience selling to executives
• Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar sales force automation tool

In addition, successful Sales Agents will have the following preferred background:
• An existing large network of professional contacts at a decision making level
• Experience in sales or software training
• Familiarity with sales methodology concepts
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
• A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering
• An advanced degree, preferably an MBA
• Salesforce.com Administrator Certification
• Salesforce.com Consultant Certification
