Developer

Position Objective:
This role is involved hands-on in designing, coding, enhancing and testing of Enrollment Rx's Force.com applications to meet business process requirements. This role will apply functional knowledge and technical expertise in the implementation of configuration changes and maintenance of commercial software. The skills required include at least one year of experience in two or more programming languages and proficiency with complete web application stack, both front and back-end.

Qualifications (Desirable):

• Prior development experience for a professional consulting or CRM company
• Software development using Web Services
• Experience with Salesforce.com, Google or Amazon web platforms

Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Essential):

• Bachelors Degree required; BS in Information Technology, Information Systems, or other related discipline or experience
• Hands-on experience with Java, Javascript/HTML/CSS/AJAX, PHP, .Net, etc.
• Proficient with complete web application stack, both front and back-end
• Ability to engage effectively at both the business and technical level
• Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies
• Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Desirable):

• Hands-on experience with Flex, APEX, Visualforce.com, Python, or Ruby
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce.com or other CRM tool
