CRM Administrator Position
CRM Administrator will be responsible for supporting enterprise-wide business applications by providing support to users, streamlining workflow and improving & maintaining data integrity. Successful candidate will help define and execute a plan to improve the user experience and to monitor and improve usability and adherence to business changes.

- Must possess 3-5 work years of experience, preferably working with CRM products (Saleforce.com, etc.)
- Must be customer service minded, providing end user support when needed
- Preferably someone with Product Configurator exp, such as Big Machine
- Must have experience working with MS Office Products such as Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
