Case Detachifier: Error: Unable to login

 I am trying to use the Case Detachifier, but when I attempt to log in I recevie the following error:

Error: Unable to login.
LOGIN_MUST_USE_SECURITY_TOKEN: Invalid Username, password, security token; or user

I know my creds are correct as I ca log into the online app with them.

I notice in the documentation that there was an issue with login for the SF Professional edition that was to be resolved 1/17/2007. Has this been resolved?

put your security token at the end of your password, if you don't have it go to setup -> My personal information -> reset security token.

Did you able to remove attachement from email?

I am having issue with case detachifier that I can only remove attahement with case.I would like to remove attachmetn from email as well from case.

Even I clicked detach email in screen,still its not workign for me.

It would be great if you can share your experience.
