Access rights

Hi,
"Access to all leads and accounts for loan officers under them in the hierarchy"
I should complete this task. I don,t know from where i do start. Can any one help me for this?

There are two hierarchy locations in the system.  You can get to the Roles in the Manage Users section of the setup or under the Forecasting Hierarchy in the Customize | Forecasting.
