How to calculate working days

Hi does anyone know what formula I can use in the formula editor to calculate the number of working days between 2 date fields?

This topic was previously covered and a formula was created. It will only product a number when two fields are filled (i.e.: Open and Close dates) but will not display a number from Open date to today.
