sol How to reflect the custom tab in the user environment, once they install it
I created a package with just one custom tab.
My Requirement is to display this custom tab automatically when any user
tries to install my application.
But It's not working that way, the user has to manually configure that tab to show on the UI.
Can anyone pls help me out on this!!

Try to create a "Custom App" by going to AppSetup-Build-Custom Apps. From here create a new application and add your custom tab.
When someone does a get it now install, they will install the "custom app" and the custom tab. This will be available immediatly from the dropdown menu on the upper right.
