How to submit stand alone application in AppExchange?

Hi All,
 
I'm planning to publish a desktop/integrating application in AppExchange created using Visual Studio .net. Please tell me the steps invloved to register, submit and publish it in AppExchange? I'm unable to find any packaging or publishing guide that tells about non web-based applciations.

Thanks for you immediate help. Let me complete the finishing touches of my application and will come to you once it is over.

I think I've already gone through the "how_to_publish.jsp" link and was unable to find any useful information as I was specifically looking for the publishing of stand alone applications. Anyway, let me go through these links once again for a thorough scanning.
