I've had 2 failed attempts at uploading an app to the AppExchange in the past 12 hours. Is it down?
Status shows "In Progress" for both attempts. First attempt sent the following email (2nd sent nothing):

Hi Mike,
We've temporarily disabled the upload and install functions on the AppExchange while we make some udpates to the service. It is scheduled to be back up today.

Are my uploads still in a queue? Will the integrity of the packages be preserved?
