Case detachifie

Hi there,
 
I am trying to use Case Detachifier but when attempting to login I get the Error: Unable to login, request failed with HTTP status 407:  Proxy Authentication Required.
 
I have asked for some advice from my network admin, and they have responded:  In order to use the web proxy your application needs to speak NTLM authentication to the ISA proxy.
 
Can anyone offer further assistance please?

Hi Tracy,

Did you handled this issue succesfully, Right now I am facing the same issue.
But "The request failed with HTTP status 407 : Proxy Authentication Required" error would be solved by allowing this site in proxy server, Communicate this with your network admin.

Thereafter am getting error as
"The underlying connection was closed: The connection was closed unexpectly".

If anybody overcome this issue / anybody using Case Detachifier succesfully? Pls Let me know the details.
