packaging issue with Custom field

hello,

i m going to create a unmanaged package in which i have to add one S-Control. and in S-Control i m using CustomFiled ( CompanyID). so while i m adding this S-Control to my package that Custom Field is also automatically add to my package, is their any way to not include that custom field to my package.
