Disable "Add Apps..." in the drop-down box

We have several applications for a user to choose after the user logon salesforce.com. The dropdown box at the up-right coner shows these application names and "Add Apps...". Is there any way to remove "Add Apps..." in the drop-down box?  Please advise.

That's hardcoded into the picklist and can't be removed at this time. I'd recommend submitting a feature request.
