I wrote all my code with  the Namespace Prefix. How I can upload a package
with this configuration?

I tried to upload and make it managed => don't work
I tried to create a new package directly managed => can't upload...

In order to get a namespace prefix in a DE Org you need to set the namespace prefix in the Developer Settings.  Go to Setup | Exchange | Shared Apps select edit on the Developer Settings section.  Check for the availablity of the namespace and then select one that is available.  This will add the namespace prefix to your DE Org.
