Unable to create Force.com IDE project

Hi,  I am trying to run the Force.com IDE in Eclipse.  http://wiki.apexdevnet.com/index.php/Force.com_IDE_Installation_for_Eclipse_3.3.x
 
I am running Eclipse 3.3.0 and JRE 1.6.  When I try to create a Force.com project, the following error pops up:

The selected wizard could not be started.  Reason:  Plug-in com.salesforce.ide.ui was unable to load class com.salesforce.ide.ui.wizards.project.ProjectCreateWizard.

Could someone help me with this?  Thank you.

Looks like there was some problem during installing IDE.

Have you updated from older version or created net new Eclipse and Force.com IDE setup? I suggest try using net new Eclipse 3.3.2 and install IDE.

Try using Eclipse 3.3.2 and see if that resolves your issue.  Eclipse 3.3.0 is not a supported configuration for the Force.com IDE.
