Formula to show if Account owner is active

Is it possible to have a formula which shows if the account owner is active or not on the account page?

 

Should be possible without coding??

No (and you're right this SHOULD be a layup) the best you can do (without code) is an Account Report that pulls in fields from the Owner/User detail record.
