I installed the Pollzter survey application to a Developer Edition. A cannot activate it because it says: The page cannot found. What can be the problem?
Search the online help for 'token' details. But this will get you started.
To reset your security token, click Setup | My Personal Information | Reset Security
Token, and click the Reset Security
Token button. The new security token is sent via email
to the email address on your Salesforce user record.

They should indicate on the Activate page that you need to provide your security token as part of your password.
