Eclipse: The chosen operation is not currently available

Hi, I work in the Chapter 8 The Force Platform IDE, and the Seven Option Show the "Recruting.app" or any other object in Eclipse Sales Force Web and it sends an error to me "The chosen operation is not currently available".

That I can do?
