IDE can be used to deploy in Ent Edition organizations??

I found this on the Eclipse Help page

You can deploy Apex classes, triggers, and s-controls from the home organization to Developer Edition and sandbox organizations (test organizations), or to Unlimited Edition organizations (production organizations). You can select a variety of options for deployment including archiving and testing options, and predeployment validation.

Does this mean IDE cannto deploy to Ent. Edition orgs?

Thanks

That's stale information.  Apex Code was initially launched as limited release only to UE customers.  But currently it is available to EE and UE customers in production/sandbox as well as in DE.

The previous poster is correct--you can deploy Apex classes and any other enabled component type to an Enterprise Edition organization.

We'll clarify that help text in the next release of the Force.com IDE.  Thanks for bringing that to our attention!
