Iam using Eclipse to write Apex classes and trigggers

Iam not able to connect to sand box from Eclipse but Iam able to connect to developer edition

can any one suggest me a solution

describe the failure you see when connecting to sandbox in more detail ?

did you change the select list to say sandbox?

was there an error message?

Iam getting an error "unable to connect to hostname test.salesforce.com"

sObject type project is not supported

What should be the value of security token

what might be the problem can u plz resolve this

do u recommend me to re install plugins if so what I have to do

With the limited knowledge i have, I think you should use a security token. You can get it by going to Setup>
My Personal Information>Reset My Security Token

Your scurity token will be sent to your mail id.
