problem in connecting to sales force sandbox from eclipse

    Hi Folks,
                   I have a problem in connecting to sand box ,during authentication i have seen an error: Unable to connect to test.salesforce.com, i am using eclipse(Force.com) to connect sandbox, but as of now i am not, all suggestions appreciated.

1. Can you connect to test.sandbox.com from a browser?

2. Are you using a proxy server?  If so, have you properly configured Eclipse with your proxy settings?

We dont hva any proxy server settings.
