Exporting data from ACT and Importing into SFDC

Does anyone have a cheap/free solution to export notes/data from ACT and import it into appropriate fields into SFDC. This is obviously going to require some massaging but does anyone have any ideas on strategies or techniques?

You can export data into Excel file and import into SFDC.
