How do I log into my sandbox?

If you created the sandbox from within a salesforce deployment you go to Setup-> Data Management -> Sandbox.

 

There you will click Login

 

You'll notice it will prefill in your login username, the password is the same one you use in your product environment.

goto https://test.salesforce.com and login with your sandbox credentials

Thanks for the help, it took longer to copy the org than I expected.
