Under Maintanance Message For Portal

Hi,

 

When na6 site is under maintanance we get the below message

          SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE NOTIFICATION

          -Service Will Not Be Available Between-

               Monday March 02, 8 AM GMT

                                To

               Monday March 02, 9 AM GMT.

 Can we also get this message for portal when it is under maintanance.
