Hi!  How can I create a Workflow - To create a new Case with Predefined information in it?

I can setup a worlkflow to create a task easy enough but thats it :(

Figured it out!  I have written a trigger in my Sandbox account and tested it and it WORKS!

Problem is I have no idea how to get that trigger into my Live Enterprise System!?  Any one help?

Did you ever figure this out? Also, do you mind me asking what code you used? I've never written a trigger before, but I'd like to try because it would be very helpful if we coudl automatically create cases based on the a value in a specific field. Any tips you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
