LarryH Displaying Child Related List Fields on Account Page Using Formulas
Just wondering if it is possible to create a formula that will display information from a child record on to the account page. I've created a related list object to my account that holds what we call 3rd party info. Is it possible to use a simple formula to achieve this task?
Thus far, i'm not able to reference the child object using a simple or advanced formula, as I'm only able to access lookups.
Ideally and further down the road, i'd like to be able to only display the most recent item in the related list via the formula field that lives on the account page. This is, of course if I am able to achieve my first task. Thanks SFDC Users! :robothappy:

I solved my own problem by creating a relationship from Account to my custom related object. Now it appears in my formula!
