Visual Force page not accesible in Customer Portal

Hi,

 

 

I am giving a link in portal. This link opens a visual force page. But when I am trying to open this page I am gettign an exception "Insufficient Privileges". I have given access to the apex classes and pages to that particular profile of the portal user.

Hello Soujanya,

 

      You need to conifuge the customer portal before you make ur pages available for public. You can just go through the Force.com developer pdf which shows all the steps need to be followed.

I already configured the customer portal.

visual force page and Apex classes are made available for the customer portal.
