Question about Date in Reports
Is there a way in Salesforce reports to specify a date range from a particular date to TODAY?
e.g. I want the report's end date to always be replaced with today's date e.g. 2/13/2012 to TODAY. I really need an answer on this please. Can someone help me?
Just leave the Date Range blank ("all time") and use Field Filtering to add whatever criteria you need.
Thank you for the reply.
But this way, I will always have to change the field filtering. I want something that will always have the End Date = TODAY.
Which object and field are you referencing in your report?
The report is based on tasks (activities).
It will auto-update, you won't have to change it.
Just use:
End [equals] TODAY
and you owe me a beer!
What is End? There is no field by the name of End. Are you referring to From and To date range?
In your earlier post you said you wanted "End Date = TODAY."
In SFDC Activity Reports there is a standard filter option for End
