When will the plugin for Eclipse 3.5 be released??

Originally it was supposed to be Feb 15th --> http://developer.force.com/releases/release/Spring10/IDE

Then Tech Support told me it would be March 5th.

Today is March 7th and I still don't see it.

Does any know what is going on with the plugin? (or does SFDC just want to keep the developers in the dark)

At salesforce.com, ensuring customer success through trusted and reliable products are our top priorities.  As part of our commitment to deliver on these priorities, we’ve made the decision to postpone the release of the Force.com IDE.

We expected to release a new Force.com IDE shortly after all salesforce.com instances upgraded to Spring ’10.  Due to extensive changes required in our test infrastructure to support Eclipse 3.5, the development effort has taken longer than expected.  The new release date for the Force.com IDE for Spring ’10 will be April 19th, 2010.

We recognize that many of you have been waiting for an updated IDE since Winter ’10, and we appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause to you and your organization.

They'd told me it'd be released "sometime shortly after every org gets the spring release".  So now we're at the whim of whatever they deem as "shortly".

The trust site indicates everyone was scheduled to be upgraded over the weekend of march 5th & 6th.

unless they didn't complete it and haven't updated trust, which is what happened last time they attempted the spring launch.  if it makes you feel better, we're on NA1, and got Spring on the first way, and still have to wait for the IDE...
