Issue with Time Dependent Workflows

Hi Team,

 

Below Statement is not working for me.

 

Any Comments on the below statement:

 

Time-dependent actions remain in the workflow queue only as long as the workflow rule criteria are still valid. If a record no longer matches the rule criteria, Salesforce removes the time-dependent actions queued for that record.

Is it the problem that you are not seeing the actions appear in the queue? That they are note removed from the queue when the rule criteria is no longer valid?

"Not working" is ambiguous. Can you illustrate your problem more clearly please?

can you share your workflow rule and TD Action settings, as well as what part of the record has changed to invalidate the rule criteria?
