Trigger Execution Flow

Hi,

 I have two trigger on case both are for before insert and update. Is it possible to assign number to trigger so that it will execute in that order.

(Also if it is in managed package then?)

 Please guide

I am not aware of any way to influence the order of triggers, the only advice I've seen around this is that all after triggers execute when the record is saved to the database but before it is committed.

 

Is there any reason why you wouldn't combine these into a single trigger?
