I read at many places that Force.com provides a native connectors for Oracle, SAP and others. I can't seem to find a documents/links to read detail regarding those specific connectors. Could you please guide me to the right resource to read more about connectors offering by Force.com?

Just type "connect oracle" or "connect SAP" into the Help and you'll find info for ConnectOracle and ConnectSAP.
You have to get these enabled by SFDC and they have a fee. Alternative options are also available and should be considered if you have multiple systems to connect, or need to perform any mediation between 2 systems. So check out the AppExchange too.
