Limit for the Number of Item in a Picklist

Hello All,

 

I have a basic question , want to find out the what is the maximum number of items we can include in a picklist.

I got the answer, Picklist takes any number of items but limit to 15,000 characters only

Go to your help link and search for "picklist limits".

5000 picklist lables.Do't worry in real application we won't require that much.
