the org has reached its daily usage limit of apex log headers

What does this mean?

ps - Got this error in Eclipse in the "Results" section of "Execute Anonymous"...

It describes about the apex log size limit for the Org. The default size is 2 mb for the Org. In order to minize such error, set right debug log levels.

just hit this as well... is there anyway to clear out any of the un-necessary logs?  The message doesn't seem to indicate that its possible, but it's worth asking.
