paul-lmi Question on CaseArticle junction object
I'm having issues trying to interact with this object. I'm able to insert a single item against a Case, but when I try to insert a second item (ie, attaching more than one article to a Case), I get "Script-thrown exception An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (system)". Obviously this isn't helpful, and I don't receive an email either. Does this object not allow multiple entries per Case like CaseSolution does?
