Is there a way to know if an installed package is Trial or Active on Apex or Visualforce page?

I need it to show a button in a Visualforce page only when the installed package has a trial license

I don't know the answer, but I would suggest you try posting this question in the AppExchange Directory & Packaging Discussion, and even maybe the Force.com Labs Projects.

 

You may have better luck in those discussions as those folks deal with those types of questions.
