hi ,
is there any one can tell me how much data we can import and Export data via data loader at one time. if there is limit so how we can increse that limit

Forstly, you haven't posted this in the right section and so you may have been waiting around for an answer for a while. It is importnat to ensure you do this properly next time so the best people can answer.
Secondly, Data Loader is limited to 5,000,000 records, and if you need more than that you should contact Salesforce for advice on a suitable partner to work with to help you out. This question was posted on StackOverflow and you can see the answers here.

Limit is 5 million, but I don't think you can do anything to increase this limit.
