JD2010 Been looking at adding some additional functionality, but it goes a bit beyond what SF offers with their various "Team" functions. I've looked around but haven't seen anything about it in particular, but is it possible to create your own recipient type, much like the "Case Team" or "Sales Team" or that sort of thing?
