How do I get Attached document Id for a FeedItem?

Hi All ,

 

I want to get id for my attached document on FeedItem. The Feed is for my custom object.

In want to get the content document id whose prefix is 069 from my inserted customObject__Feed having.

Can anyone help me in this?
