When we try to clone a record I am unable to get a value of the hidden field in the cloned record.I came to know that it is a standard fuctionality of sales force. Can anyone please help me how to get that hidden field in the after insert trigger.

Well i think you can get the value of those field only that is visible on Layout by Cloning of that record. Salesforce consider null value for those fields value which are hidden on Layout after cloning. So can't get the value by Trigger because it also gives you the null as the value of that field.
