Data Loader CLI error

Hi

   I am trying to load the data in to sfdc through data loader CLI, when I run the process.bat I am, getting the following error:

     

 error loading config file: c:\Program Files\salesforce.com\Apex Data Loader 17.0\TEST\config.properties. Please make sure that it exists and it is readable.

 

What could be the reason ?

Do you have a file at the location in question called config.properties?  And is it accessible to the user that you are executing the dataloader as.

Hi Bob,

 

I don't have any config.properties file . I have my process-conf.xml in c:Program Files\salesforce.com\Apex Data Loader\TEST.

 I ran process.bat command and specifed this path and the process name.

Have you got some property replacement values in the process-conf.xml file?
