Trigger on Account Activity

Is it possible to somehow create a trigger on Account Activity?  My end goal is to fire off integration when a new Account Activity is created.

Do you mean a Task (Activity) record on an Account?  Yes it is possible to write triggers on the Task object.  You would use the WhatID field to filter activities on Accounts only.
