Hi,

 

Login into Production and follow the steps.

 

Setup-->Data Management-->Sandboxes-->create new..

 How to create production Environment in salesforce.com?

Production Environment is anything that is not Sandbox or Developer edition. All other editions can be used as production environment such as the Enterprise Edition, Unlimited Edition etc..... 

 

You cannot edit apex classes in production environments that's why you need sandbox / Developer editions..

We have deployed an app to the client,now we want to create an developer sandbox for developing and testing out the app instead of developing in the production org.

 

Soo please any one assist me how to create an sand box for the existing production org which is at the client side.Soo that we can do enhacement on it  and deploy to the production org.

You need to Contact Salesforce to set up a Sandbox.  Sandbox's cost money.
